Corporate Chef, Restaurateur & Founder of Mercer's Kitchen

A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Chef Mercer Mohr honed his skills working under certified Master Chefs while opening restaurants across the United States for the Hyatt Hotel Corporation.

As Executive Chef for the Four Seasons Clift Hotel, Chef Mohr was awarded San Francisco Chef of the Year for his innovative wine dinners and contributions to the New American Cuisine emergence. His career spans the Four Seasons, Harrah's Casino, Omni Hotels, Rock Resorts, Vail Resorts, and The Camelback Inn Resort and Spa.
